Only at 33% Encrypted DNS in analytics

How do I get this to 100% so all queries are made using encrypted dns? I believe my router doesn’t support DoH (Gigaspire blast u6.2 ga4227e) so I’ve been trying to setup NextDNS CLI because I believe I’m able to get this done with that but having trouble installing it on windows, will this enable me to setup DoH on my router or do I need to be doing something else? Sorry, I’m absolutely new to this and still learning so I’m not very familiar with what is required.

    I managed to install the NextDNS CLI, and it is now showing status as “ok” and protocol is “DoH” in Firefox browser on windows. How am I supposed to get DoH on my router, is that all I have to do?

       No it is not as easy as that. 
      Is the windows machine always on and connected to your router all day? Your router doesn’t allow software to be installed, so a local DNS server will be needed to provide secure DNS for the whole network.
