Proposing Enhanced Filtering System for Reducing False Positives

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a suggestion to put forward, wherein it would be most desirable if we could somehow implement the capacity to recognize false positives, especially when there happen to be multiple filters already applied, yet only one filter is currently enforcing a blocking rule. This proposed feature would undeniably lead to an even more effective filtering system.
