Log Entry 'blocked' with No Further Details - Allowed?

Hello,

I've noticed several entries labeled 'blocked', that were permitted through, despite it lacking an FQDN or other such details. I'm a little curious as to what the conditions are surrounding this, as I've been struggling with a former employer who's been attempting to hijack my personal network (again). Long story, but any help on this entry would be appreciated.
