iOS improvement

Being new to nextdns, I was unaware of https://apple.nextdns.io and what was involved with getting device info sent. Now that I know, it does work. But it seems like more work than is necessary. Two thoughts:

1. It is already possible to append the device name when using a URL. Why can't the iOS client just have a text field that appends the URL for the user so instead of sending generic, "iPhone" it sends the device name (and url encodes it). 
2. If for some reason that isn't technically feasible, the iOS client should have a link to apple.nextdns.io instead of the button that says to send a device name which is useless currently.
