Block all apps at once

I don't want my kid to use internet at night, blocking all apps manually is inconvenient. Do u guys have any suggestions?

She probably wants to just cut their internet usage off but still have their messaging & calls enabled bc that's what I would want...

This is much easier to do using the system's own parental controls rather than on the dns level
