IP leak?

Hi Good Day Everyone,

I would like to know if this is an IP leak as currently my setup is running on router base using the DOT protocol.

I have forwarded both IPV4 and IPV6 Dot DNS to NextDNS and based on the GUI, and it says that I am using NextDNS with this profile. 

I was hoping to get some advice on where I went wrong on the setup for the IP address to show up instead of being encrypted.
