NextDNS Test shows Wrong DestIP

Hello,

I am using NextDNS for some time now. It always worked correctly.
However, now I have enabled IPv6 in my Router, nextdns shows me a different DestIP adress from the IP DNS adresses I have in my account.

I can not seem to fix this other dan disable IPv6 again.

Does someone know if this is normal, or how to fix this?

My setup:
sh -c "$(curl -sL https://nextdns.io/install)"
In an Unifi UDR (Router)

The DNS-servers IP-Adresses i have set in my Router also.

    If you have logs there is nothing to fix.

    What you have in settings is not the destination DNS server.

    Hm,
    Thought it always showed my "NextDNS DNS ip" From my account..

    DestIp is now:  

    95.179.x.x

In my Account it is:
45.90.x.x

When it shows DoH that ip changes to the 95.179...
Without Doh its 45.90, like set in my dns settings

    (i meen the DNS-servers in LinkedIp, thought i should add those in my Router DNS-server.)
    And that they where the DestIp, even with DoH, or im a wrong? does DestIp does not matter?
