macOS not recognizing the profile

Not sure if this is a "me" problem ;)

used the profile generator and downloaded/installed the profile on a macOS12.5 MacBook Pro, but ... it kept using the DNS set up for the WiFi connection, even after a reboot.

I was able to download/install the app and that worked fine, and the profile works fine on iOS on my iPad Pro

Curious if others have had the same issue?
