Ability to specify the geographic location of DNS resolution records

I'm using DOH and DOT, but for various reasons, I don't want NEXTDNS to return resolution records based on the IP addresses that actually access DOH and DOT

In other words, can I use EDNS to specify resolution to a specific geographic DNS record when using DOH and DOT?

For example, although I access NextDns' DOT and DOH with IPs located in the UK, I want NEXTDNS to return DNS records with IPs in New York, USA, to facilitate content delivery networks such as CDNs
