Prevent forwarding requests for a local domain

The image is showing the stats for the past 24 hours. The domain itv.lan is a local domain. Where tank is one of the systems in that domain.

The forwarding DNS-service is DNSMASQ. Which is configured to prevent forwarding requests for the local domain itv.lan by using the following settings:

• domain-needed
• bogus-priv
• local=/itv.lan/
• domain=itv.lan

But still - any idea why these local requests are still reaching the NextDNS servers? Or how to figure out where these are coming from?
