Quickly disable NextDNS on MacOS configured with a profile?

Anyone know of a quick way to disable/enable  NextDNS on MacOS when a profile is used.  Preferably a terminal command.   
 

Extra Credit:  what server should be queried when using nslookup while using a profile?

    You can disable it in System settings -> Network -> VPN & Filter, but the MacOS app has a enable button which seems more comfy. You can check if your config works with this URL http://test.nextdns.io
