Identifying Devices on PFsense

Hi,

I am using NextDNS on my pfSense. As directed, I have already configured the Custom Options by following your directions. Domains are getting blocked, and I see the logs, there's no issue with that. However, I don't see any device information. All devices are being identified as "Unidentified devices". What should I do to fix this? thanks

Would also like to add that as per the statistics, 100% of the queries are on Encrypted DNS

The pfSense settings do not include a device name by default. Also any device behind the pfSense will not be able to add a device name to them, the only name you can add is to the pfSense itself.

Add a name after each IP address and “#” & before your profile ID with “-“ separating them.

      i.e.

      forward-addr: 45.90.28.0#pfSense-123abc.dns.nextdns.io

Do the same for the other three lines.
