ipv6 leak

When I am on my wifi and connected to my Android Nextdns profile my phone sends requests to Google via my router (which runs on a different Nextdns profile). So I can't block it there because the others on my network want to use it. Any ideas? It seems that this is because you can't turn off ipv6 on Android when it uses wifi.
