Business Features - Required

So far I love this product. But it needs some serious tweaks to make it more appealing to network admins. 

Aggregated analytics. I mean why not ? I don't want to have to flip through each site to look at all my stats. Then give me filters to choose sites or types of analytics and drilldown to important information. 

Custom Dashboards. let me put analytics and different service stats on there, history, etc Definitely start me on the dashboard page. 

Custom Alerts. Threshholds, sudden large increases or drop in queries , amount of blocked, type of blocked sites, phishing, botnet, etc. Let me schedule. 

Edit IPs manually. Maybe this is a safety thing but PLS let me manually enter IPs. There should also be multiple IPs allowed per profile. I have sites that have multiple internet connections and I want to put them both in but only one can be entered at a time. WHY? 

Multiple IPs per profile. I mentioned above but this is critical. A single server can have multiple outbounds and those need to be accounted for. Some internet links are passive until one goes down so I would have to setup a policy just to add an IP and it would replace the existing one anyway.

Global Settings - Settings that apply to all profiles. Allow lists, block settings, all of it. Sometimes you want to set it global for all profiles. 

That's all for now. These really are essential for me to continue to be a customer of this product. I was hoping to get a few more capabilities when we upgraded to the premium account but I find it a little lacking.
