Support easy whitelisting (by making blacklisting all TLDs easier)

Currently, to use NextDNS as a whitelist, one has to go through the tedious process of blocking every top-level domain (TLD). It would be helpful if there was a mode to block all TLDs with a single button. Better still, if there was another button to automatically whitelist NextDNS administrative domains, such as api.nextdns.io and my.nextdns.io.

Furthermore, NextDNS doesn’t support blocking TLDs that aren’t on its list, such as internal and local (which, of course, aren’t supposed to be Web-routable, yet I’ve seen both in my logs).
