Hardened Privacy mode equivalent for devices

Hello,

I noticed that only my android has a setting for hardened privacy mode. I am unable to find a setting for hardened mode that can be set in a configuration file (And thus cover the devices using it) or in other type of devices. Is that something that is only for android users? Workaround? feature coming? 

BTW Nextdns seems great (New user) , great idea to provide this service!
