Is the server located in China not enabled?

When I use nextdns, the detection tool always shows that the access request is sent to the SEL node.
According to my geographical location, the two nodes of TSN and SHA should have low latency.
Because of China's Great Firewall, servers outside China are sometimes inaccessible.
