I use DNS over TLS in my Linux setup, in resolved file, I had put linux.dns.nextdns, etc

In chrome Android, I had put dns.nextdns.io/id/chrome

But, in my router, there's only option for IP address, how to identify that router in analytics and logs like I do with linux and chrome
