Limited Session Durations

I'd like to be able to optionally specify:

1. session duration
2. minimum away time

For blocklist entries.

That is to say–the blocklist entry isn't active until something queries it. It can continue to be queried for "session duration" (in minutes). Once that limit has been reached, the entry is then blocked for "minimum away time". I think the granularity can be quite low (>5m session duration, 5m steps) while still being very useful.

I think this would be very useful for folks that want to, for example, read the news but don't want to spend too much time reading the news.

I think I can implement this through the API, but I'd rather a) not have to implement this myself b) not have to host something myself c) pay something less than $20/mo for this feature (eg make this available on the Pro plan).
