Does NextDNS support DNS-over-HTTP/3?

In a blog post from AdGuard today, I learned that they support DNS-over-HTTP/3 in their iOS App now.

Does NextDNS support DNS-over-HTTP/3?

Where can I find an overview of all (supported) protocols and get recommendations on which one to use?

    It was supported years ago but currently that subdomain and the default NextDNS domain only responds to DoH, not DoH3.
