Blocking Specific Words
A feature that blocks all websites containing a specific word would be a great addition. For example, I could type "bet," and every website with this word in its address would be blocked. The gambling-blocking category typically works only for well-known sites, leaving many others unfiltered. As a result, I have to find and manually add these sites myself.
There is already another DNS service that offers this feature. I would love to see it implemented in NextDNS as well.

Traffic proxying required. That’s a different service

I bet you did not think of using keyword in better context :)
Beside, DNS query is not aware of content, HTTP layer only get's in touch with website content, which comes later. You can block this on your UTM/NGFW router/firewall or on client machine with some AV or simmilar software.
