Need Help

I need help! Yesterday 2-18-24 I tried Nextdns and I logged in with an email and password. Today 2-19-24 I tried to log back in, and there was no account registered to that email address. I proceeded to open an account again, and this time I purchased the one year pro membership. I noticed that the DNS address, and the address that goes on android are different. I went ahead and made changes to my router and android device with the new addresses. I tested everything, and all worked fine. I logged out and when I logged back in my account, it showed yesterday's information and the free version instead of the Pro version that I purchased today. What a twilight zone! Please help.

    You probably had a typo in your email in one of the accounts. Please share a profile ID from the account with the yearly subscription in DM so we can help you find it.
