Router [AsusMerlin] SSH Install - leave everything be?

After running the installation command thru SSH, can we just leave all prior DNS settings - as is? It's currently working for me...but don't want that to break :-)

    You have Quad9 setup. If you have a NextDNS account you set that up as a custom entry. You can get the details from the NextDNS control panel Setup page.
