Unexpected resolvers on dnscheck.tools while using NextDNS

Hello, am I the only one who occasionally sees resolvers like Yandex, OpenDNS, or Cloudflare on dnscheck.tools? Normally, I get responses from Anexia and Misaka, located in Italy and/or Switzerland.
Also, OpenDNS and CF respond from the US—even though I’m in Italy. That's weird, isn't it?

    I'm not sure what dnscheck.tools is doing and how they get their results but I'm seeing those that you mentioned as well.

    Some times i see Google and open dns on leak tests too
