Increase or disable expire TTL for specified domains (api2.branch.io)

This API was used by twitch spotify and reddit ( as far as I know ) .

It's clearly in the block list , but if you parse the domain api2.branch.io to 0.0.0.0 or RCODE:refused or some ip it can not connect successfully , it will dns query as fast as it can ( what a bad design ) , This will lead to a rapid use-up of quotas, as the screen shot , it will query more than 200 times per min .
