Choose server location

I'm in Egypt and  the nearest server to me is CAI but surprisingly Italy server is lower latency. I'm connected via router option (IPv4) and it connects to the low latency Italy server and not the nearest Cairo one which is good, but when I use DoT on my Android phone it connects to Israel server and I don't want that.

So can you make it an option to change the server I want to connect to.
