Add apps to Deny list or Parental Controls

Hi, I have a young Chinese ward who is addicted to some Chinese streaming apps like TikTok. An example is bilibili.com which has an app. I can block the website but bilibili does not appear on the list of apps under Parental Controls. Can anything be done please?

    If you can determine which domain(s) are being accessed by the app, you can add it to the 'Denylist' configuration that NextDNS offers.

    Can you use something like Wireshark to determine where the traffic from that app is going?
