Block Xbox Live under Parent Controls

Is it possible to add Xbox Live as a Website, App and Game Category under Parent Controls? Seems blocking two domains seems to work: 

*.xbox.com

*.xboxlive.com

I have added these on manual deny, but cant make them timed, so have to go and do it all the time to stop the kids playing on the Xbox. Not sure if this is possible to add in and allow to have it timed?
