billing problem


I have been a nextDNS subscriber since May of 2020. I put in my annual subscription and have been charged twice on this card. This year I received four "charge failed" emails (3 days apart) and then my subscription was cancelled.

Now that I am no longer subscribed, I have the option to put in my cc which gives me the error "your card was declined."

While all this was going on I called my bank to ask for their assistance. My card number is correct. The expiration is correct. It has not changed in any way. It has never been in bad standing.

My bank told me the charge hasn't been denied because there has been no incoming charge in the last few weeks.

Not to mention my card works everywhere else.

Something strange is happening during nextdns billing and is preventing my subscription. I need help from billing.

I have tried writing to billing@nextdns.io several times and have not received a response. So, I am posting to the forums as a method to reach someone.

I would like to be a subscriber again and I look forward to your response.
