Unable to block certain domains

Example:

secure.gravatar.com

I see this domain in my logs and want to block it. I copy and paste to domain in to my Deny List but I am informed that the domain already exists. If this is the case, then next dns should be blocking this domain but is not.

Can anyone offer any insight as to why this is happening? Thank you

    It might be in your deny list with the toggle switch turned off.

      Appreciate your response.

      Double checked my Deny List. The domains are there with toggle switch on, but next dns is not blocking the domains. 

      These are the two problematic domains:

      secure.gravatar.comc

      dn.jsdelivr.net

      Can anyone else offer any suggestions? Thank you.
