Disable ultra low-latency network when using Private DNS setup?

Hi there,

My work's network blocks NextDNS when using the ultra low-latency network. It works on my iPad when I disable that option. However, on my phone, I am unable to use the app. I use the Private DNS configuration option. It seems that this option uses the ultra low-latency network by default, so I have to turn it off at work. Is it possible to disable that option somehow?
