Roblox is blocked even when using clean new profile

Hello, I have nextdns free subscription and I have two question :
1. when I already exceed my quota, it said all features except DNS itself are disabled, but for some reason why some website still blocked? even when I try adding it to whitelist.
2. few months ago Roblox got blocked (cannot launch the game) and when I try to troubleshoot it I've found that whilelisting *.api.roblox.com does the job. But today same thing happens and I've tried many things including using new clean profile and turn off all blocking and features but roblox still cannot launch, only when I change the DNS from nextdns to others then the game loads.
