question of ipv6

Tried searching for my issue on the ipv6 topic but can't find it,

so my question is,

i have asus router - with merlin firmware -

- trying to setup ipv4 and ipv6 using DOT method for privacy

- so i have insert all the server configuration

- internet works

- i added device name at the config like this: office-8c72xx.dns.nextdns.io and officeipv6-8c72xx.dns.nextdns.io (for testing)

- at the log i see only ipv4 queries and no ipv6 at all.

- my router is using ipv4 & ipv6

- tested at website my internet does use ipv6

question 1: why all dns query using only ipv4?

i had another site setup the same thing- same router = query ipv4 and ipv6 are seen at logs.

question 2: i am located at Kuala Lumpur - but i am using Singapore dns
