Ip Is not associated

I have put on the android mobile phone on the private DNS 747cbd.dns.nextdns.io but both from the app that I downloaded from the PlayStore and going to the DNS site on associated ip I notice that ip is not associated, I notice that if I click to associate it for a while it remains then it changes. Is it normal for it not to remain associated?
