Disable NextDNS for Windows only on some networks?

Hi,

Is there any way to disable NextDNS for windows only on some network, and keep it disabled while it will activate on different networks? It does work on iPhone, but on Windows is always either enabled or disabled. And there several networks that block external DNS and breaks everything.
