How do you use NextDNS with your setup?

Checking what sort of setup people are using by incorporating NextDNS. For example - NextDNS on OS, VPN (third-party or own server) / VPN through router and additional features such as security software for OSX / Linux or Windows. Just want to see some neat ideas to incorporate into my setup and then use it as a staple.

    Currently using AdGuardHome on a spare computer, filtering requests before forwarding on to NextDNS via DoH. (internal requests from the computer go via NextDNS CLI).

      Do, do you use AdGuardHome's DNS alongside with NextDNS since using CLI?

       Yes, AdGuardHome and NextDNS CLI can work together (CLI just needs to use a custom listening port & a few other config tweaks).
      The only problem with this setup is that AGH does not pass on the originating device details to the CLI, so as a result there’s no other device names, it all comes from only one (the computer).
