NextDNS installer on Windows10 is not reliable

Sigh every time I try NextDNS I run into issues. Tonight I could not reach a website. So I disabled the NextDNS app thinking that would do something. Nope, I had to go into my Brave browser and remove the DNS over HTTPS entry, Then YouTube did not work so I had to do an ipconfig /flushdns to get that working. 

It seems the NextDNS app is having connection issues and would throw error.  Even when it connects when I do an ipconfig /all the DNS is still showing the router.  I uninstalled the app its too unreliable.
