Configuring nextdns on router

So this is what the dns section of my router looks like, I didn't see any mention of "Domain name" or ip address in the setup section so I'm a bit confused. On a side note I've tried the ipv4 dns with linked ip but it didn't work, it says "this device is using nextdns with no profile" even tho my ip is linked and updated with ddns

    If you're testing on a browser, make sure the browser's Encrypted/Secure DNS setting is set to disabled, or set to custom with your NextDNS DoH address (not the generic one). For testing OS level setting, try curl with any domain and verify the log in the dashboard.

      unfortunately that didn't work, and setting Nextdns DoH on a single browser isn't the point, as I want it to be on the whole home network, thanks a lot tho, I appreciate it
