Suddenly failing on iOS “This device is using NextDNS with no configuration.”

Wondering if others are seeing this behavior. Something changed recently on iOS. I’ve tried both the app and profile and keep seeing my personal configuration ignored. I go to the my.NextDNS.io settings page and see “This device is using NextDNS with no configuration.” at the top. If I reboot, it seems to use my profile for a bit before going generic again. Getting a bit frustrated.
