Windows 10 App not working, but changing Adapter DNS works

Hi, I have a problem when I'm in the office and connected to the W10 App I cannot go to any websites, and traffic navigation is met by websites not loading. If I'm outside of the office the App works fine.

If I change the NIC adapter to the NextDNS ip addresses, then the computer will work as normal.
