dns and working vpn

I started using nextdns, I also have vpn to the office (ipsec + l2tp), the office network has resources and its own dns. As soon as I enable nextdns - I don't have answers from my office dns. Is it possible to set exceptions so that nextdns doesn't block my office dns?

    I found how to exclude sites one by one from dns filtering, but how can I exclude an entire zone, for example *google.com ?
