Server locations and issues

Hey! Is it possible to disable servers auto-detection in Russia?
As soon as my server changes from European to Russian, problems appear. At a minimum, images on "image.tmdb.org" don't open.
Probably sanctions and blocking.
Let's enter the address of the server located in Germany, Frankfurt (anexia-fra)  into the router and compare it with the server in Moscow (anexia-mow)
