New to NextDNS - can't login to icloud account on laptop

I am new to NextDNS. Just set it up on laptop and our Iphones. This morning, everything worked on my iphone but my wife couldn't access to Apple App Store and Facebook wouldn't function. Now, I can't access icloud on my laptop. Need some solutions. Thanks
