TLD's - Whitelist method over Blocklist

With how many TLD's are contained in the avaliable list, I think it would be nice to have an option to flip the block method. Block all and turn it into a whitelist. Sort of a "check all" and then uncheck the ones I want to allow. I use NextDNS in a corporation and have a few different profiles in place. It's hard to go through and block all TLD's for every profile.
