Issues with Data Center Virtualization and NextDNS – Any Solutions?

I've been encountering some problems with integrating NextDNS into my data center virtualization setup. The primary issue revolves around DNS resolution, which becomes inconsistent or slow when routing through NextDNS. This has been causing disruptions, especially for virtualized services that require stable DNS performance.

I've already checked and optimized the configurations on both the virtualization platform and NextDNS. Despite these efforts, the problem continues to affect the overall performance of my virtualized environment.

Has anyone else faced similar challenges when using NextDNS in a data center virtualization setup? Could there be a compatibility issue, or is there a specific configuration that I might be missing?
