End of Recreation Time

I'm sure it's common desire to set recreation time ending after midnight OR disable it at all for the weekend. But Nextdns blocks both! 

If I cannot (why?) completely disable blocking sites for Saturday I would like to block it for an hour deep night... But it's impossible! Why the latest time I can set as ending time is 11:30 PM?
