Unable to change dns server

After changing the dns address its still showing cloudflare idk why please help me to connect to nextdns

    Your browser also have its own DoH setting, either disable it so it will follow OS setting, or set it to your NextDNS DoH.

       On Chrome, it's under Settings-Privacy & Security, Use Secure DNS. I don't know what browser you're using.
