Add device names to Asuswrt-Merlin via CLI

I'm having a tough time getting NextDNS to display device names. Unless I'm using the app, or assigning a device via DHCP, I can't seem to have them display. I thought I used to be able to do so via the CLI, but it doesn't appear to work. Part of the nextdns.conf is below. I also have a large list of devices to set them via profile. I edited the first 2 lines below to hide the mac and profiles.
