Lots of unknown devices requesting a Chinese domain

I have a lot of devices named "Device #...." in my NextDNS log, with various IPs. None of these belong to me. My devices and router are clearly identified in the logs.

They all try to resolve "package-file-3179-baidu.babybus.com.cdn20.com", which I think is linked to China (Baidu). I have blocked this domain now.

Has someone guessed my NextDNS ID and is using it to hide DNS requests?

    Same here. The requests come from Google and Akamai, so not sure it's a good idea to block them.
