What does "setup-router" option in the config do?
Hello; I just installed the CLI onto a Ubuntu container and i left setup-router as true but nextdns service would not start so I ran the below to lines:
sudo systemctl stop systemd-resolved.service
sudo systemctl disable systemd-resolved.service
and then nextdns service was able to start. But question is what exactly does the setup-router option do and whats the difference from true and false?
Thank you!

The setup router usually integrates with other services (mostly dnsmasq) and also sets listening to port 53 on all local addresses.
